Spring into SummerThe 2025 version of Spring into Summer was launched to help promote physical activity across the state of Iowa using a virtual Walk with Ease program. The pilot programming was conducted in collaboration with Healthy Iowans and the Healthiest State Initiative to build capacity for the future. The programming prioritized county level support mechanisms and we collectively reached participants in over 10 counties with the average age of participants being 50 years old. This program has been successful in reaching a broader group of Iowans who are either working full time or live in rural areas.
