Welcome to Walk with Ease in the Worksite

We are so glad you are here! We want to provide more opportunities to learn about the the information provided in the weekly emails, therefore each week you will be provided with a link to our webpage which provides that additional information.

Why is tracking physical activity important?

Keeping track of your physical activity can be extremely beneficial to help you reach and surpass your goals. It can help you be more efficient in your time and your workouts while helping you to stay accountable. It can help drive the focus and direction of your physical activity.

It also can help you to see if you are reaching the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans each week.
It is recommended that Americans get 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity or a combination of both.

Find a tracking system that works for you, whether that is an activity monitor or something as simple as a stopwatch.
You will be provided a link to track your walking through the online portal each week
